If an item is no longer available, We will notify you immediately by email.  We will confirm your order 24 hrs after it has been received. Your order will not be processed until payment is received. Payment must be received within 7 days of order confirmation. If you wish prepay by PayPal, I can process your order quickly. Shipping and Handling

USPS (the U.S. Postal Service) - All jewelry orders will be shipped USPS with delivery confirmation and insurance, unless otherwise specified by the customer.

UPS OR FED EX - If the customer wants their order shipped with either service, please e-mail us with the service you require. Please specify service type and method of shipment (overnight, 2nd day, or ground). We will contact you with the shipping rate(s).

For Domestic Customers - Shipping & Handling cost is a flat fee + INSURANCE. for all orders.

• For purchases up to $59.99 - s&h is $7.50
• For purchases $60.00 - $299.99 - s&h is $8.50.
• For purchases $300.00 - up - s&h is $9.50

*Domestic Insurance Fee

$7.30 plus $0.90 per $100 or fraction thereof over $600 to $5,000.

This cost will be added with the shipping cost. Orders will be shipped USPS with Signed Delivery Confirmation. Orders can be shipped USPS EXPRESS SERVICE if desired. This service guarantees overnight delivery with confirmation, fees vary.

For International Customers - We will ship internationally via USPS only. Shipping serivces and fees will have to be negotiated.

*USPS WILL COMPENSATE YOU IF YOUR PACKAGE IS DAMAGED, OPENED, OR STOLEN FOR UP TO $500. YOU CAN REFUSE INSURANCE, BUT IF YOU DO, JUXTAPO JEWELRY OR INGRID MARTIN IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN PACKAGES IN TRANSIT.

JUXTAPO JEWELRY WILL ONLY COMPENSATE RECEIVED MERCHANDISE THAT IS DEFECTIVE DUE TO A MANUFACTURING ERROR.

Delivery of Orders

All jewelry is hand made, some items will take longer to make than others, so orders will be shipped within 2-3 WEEKS of payment confirmation.  Could ship sooner depending on items ordered

I will inform the buyer of any shipping delays.

Order Cancellations

Customer can cancel order anytime if payment has not been received.   Please contact me if you want to cancel order.  If payment has not been received within 7 days and customer has not made contact order will automatically be canceled. If the customers' check payment does not clear or "it bounces" order will be canceled.
