*REPAIRS
All Jewelry repair is FREE for up to 6 months after purchase with free shipping. This includes cleaning, re-stringing, re-soldering post, clasp replacement, bead replacement and 1/2 pair earring replacement. After 6 months there will be charges for any repairing that vary based on individual order and there will be shipping charges.

*RETURNS/ REFUNDS
Any jewelry that is found to be defective because of a manufacturing error, please e-mail me and return jewelry within 5 days of item(s) delivery. Item must be returned first and then your money will be refunded to you minus shipping cost.Will not refund 1/2 pairs of earrings. Will not refund earrings, necklaces or bracelets with missing beads, clasps or components, only repair. PLEASE RETURN ANY BROKEN BEAD, EARWIRE, CLASP, OR COMPONENT TO HAVE YOUR REFUND HONORED.
All other jewelry can be returned within 30 days of item(s) delivery. Item must be returned first and then your money will be refunded to you minus shipping cost.
